As an Ambassador for Excellence for the Arizona Educational Foundation, Mrs. Lundeberg, a Kindergarten teacher from Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary, will receive professional learning opportunities, public recognition, and a platform to advocate for education statewide.

Mrs. Angela Gonzales and sixth-grade student Nevaeh Larson of Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary School were named as recipients of the Southern Arizona Education Council Award, recognizing their outstanding impact on their school community.

Mrs. Lauren Lundeberg, Kindergarten teacher at Rattlesnake Ridge Elementary, has been named a Top 5 finalist for the 2027 Arizona Teacher of the Year, a prestigious honor presented annually by the Arizona Educational Foundation.
