Health Office
I am thrilled to be a part of the Rattlesnake Ridge staff as the Health Assistant. My husband and I moved to Marana in 1998 and we are the proud parents of one son, Matthew. He graduated from Marana High School in 2021.
Students who are ill or injured are my first priority when they come to the Health Office. I will treat them with the same care I would my own child.
As the Health Assistant I am the contact point for students who take medication during the school day. When necessary over the counter or prescription medications can be dispensed to your child once you bring in the mediation along with a completed permission form. All medications must be in the original container. Please remember we do not keep medications on hand to give to students unless brought in by parents.
Every student must have an up-to-date immunization on file from a documented source, or a signed exemption on the basis of medical or personal belief. To learn about student immunization requirements and our Health Services Department, please visit the Health & Wellness section of our website or refer to the Health Services section in the Student/Parent handbook for additional tips and guidelines.
I work closely with our school secretary and attendance clerk to ensure our students are healthy and happy.
If you have any concerns regarding the health and well-being of your child please don’t hesitate to contact me anytime between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm at 520-352-7004
